Baby Mason

I had the precious opportunity to capture 3 week old baby Mason who was the star of my first newborn shoot. I was also lucky enough capture him when he was in his mama's belly too during a previous Maternity shoot. (See Maternity archive)
 I could hardly wait to get Mason's sweet innocence in front of my lens. Apparently he was excited for his first close-up as well since he greeted me with a little pee and poo when we undressed him. Mason also decided he would be wide awake to entertain us for an hour with a feeding, hiccups and a couple of burps.
(I let it slide, he was just too stinkin' adorable for me not to.)
Finally after a full tummy, chill time with his older 2 year old brother Milo, and his mother's snuggle...here is one precious cutie-patooty. I know you'll agree.

Tracey's Maternity Shoot

I was so honored to do a maternity photo shoot for Tracey and her lovely kiddos. Tracey has never had a preggo shoot so I loved snapping her at 33 weeks (she doesn't even look it, I know!!!) Lucky thing!! There is nothing greater for me, with the exception of my family, than the satisfaction of a couple seeing the images of their family. We realize how quickly things change and how fast children grow. My hope is that Tracey will say "I'm so glad I did this!"...yep she just sent me a text message.
"I want more and now my husband wants in too!"

It's Friday and I kicked off this three day weekend with an in studio shoot with Kimberly, who is an on-air radio personality and needed some jazzy head shots. I have worked with Kimberly and her family before, and as always she is such a joy to shoot. I love classic clients and classic black and white portraits. Enjoy!
