Mom-Tog

I know, I know...I can't get enough of taking photo's of my lil guy. I'm such a Mom-tog. Just embracing motherhood one shutter at a time is all :-)

I mean really, c'mon! Can you believe his "look" in this photo?! Can I just add I about fell over and died when I saw the bigger image on my MacBook Pro.
Oh. Emm. Gee. He's not even two years old! Did I already say... Really?! Last time. Really?!

*sigh*

The days are long but the years are short.

Until You

I never pointed out every fire truck, garbage truck and motorcycle while driving
I never thought I would pull over at any park that had train or pony rides
I never found rocks and hot wheel cars in my purse
I never thought I would love capturing every moment of every day
I never knew I would be reading children's books 50 times in a row
I never imagined I could have so much fun dancing in the kitchen to the same tune...50 times in a row
I never thought I could have the power to heal an ouchie with one kiss
I never experienced so much joy, laughter, and gratefulness
Until you...

Josiah Marley "Boom"
Just yesterday it felt like you were just 2 WEEKS old and I was holding you in my arms. Now you'll be 2 YEARS old in 2 more weeks... Wow!!...Just remember no matter how big you get, forever and always my baby you'll be. And I will keep taking pictures to hold moments like these (photo's above) still.
xoxo
Mama loves you

The Bottega Louie Experience

Bottega Louie is a fabulous restaurant located in downtown LA, where I met up with some gals in the industry. Let me tell ya, the experience was nothing short of fabulousity.

fabulousity26 up10 down
having the quality of fabulousness to an unbearable extreme; completely and utterly fabulous; possibly a latent homosexuality
1. Let us revisit the fabulousity of the 80s.
2. That corral silk shirt just highlights his fabulousity.

Don't judge the urban dictionary baby!

Seriously, good food, good people, good music, good looking waiters, delish desserts and some street shooting in front of the building afterwards! No complaints here. Good times!

**Shout out to the lovely ladies who made the experience a memorable one. Thanks girls, let's do it again!

Stay Jazzy.

Wednesday Willpower

Dearest Willpower,

Just a note to thank you kindly for being a quality that I posses. You keep me happy, healthy, productive and vigilant . You are the voice that says "Shape up or ship out", and fortunately shaping up wins! You give me the gusto to put my big girl panties on. You tell life's challenges to "BRING IT!" Although sometimes you can be annoying when It comes to food and exercise but I love you anyway. You have helped me in many ways and I thank you. May I always use you for good.

Respectfully,
Jazzy

Sibling Kinda Love

Pictured above are brother's Ryan and Cash whom you can see the beauty only a sibling kinda love can exude. I loved shooting their brotherly love because it reminded me of the love I have with my own siblings.

I don't know what I would do without my sisters, they are truly my best friends! There's just nothing like a sibling kinda love. I am so grateful for the bond and relationship I have with them today. More importantly I am grateful for my parents, who gave us such a beautiful gift.

I mean sure, me and my sister's had our monumental drama's, hissy fits, monopolizing bathroom episodes, stole borrowed each other's clothes, and had our fair share of "meanie head" remarks.

But my sister's are my special secret holders, true partners in crime, personal press agents, defense attorney's, holiday memory makers and were the best midnight bunk bed companions. They are my heart. Oh how I love my sister's. xoxo

Grateful,
Jazzy

Dawne White & Friends

This past Sunday I had the wonderful opportunity to shoot the anointing and talented group "Dawne White & Friends" at the House Of Blues in Anaheim Gospel Brunch Event. And eh-hem... might I add, having a taste of the baked mac n' cheese and yams afterwards was a definite perk!

Cheers to faith & food,
Jazzy

I Wish You Love

If I should stay,
I would only be in your way.
So I'll go, but I know
I'll think of you ev'ry step of the way.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.
You, my darling you. Hmm.

Bittersweet memories
that is all I'm taking with me.
So, goodbye. Please, don't cry.
We both know I'm not what you, you need.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.

I hope life treats you kind
And I hope you have all you've dreamed of.
And I wish to you, joy and happiness.
But above all this, I wish you love.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I, I will always love you.

You, darling, I love you.
Ooh, I'll always, I'll always love you.

We will always love and remember you. Whitney Houston. May you rest in peace.

Browned Eyed Girl

This beautiful Sha-la-la-la-la-la-la brown eyed girl  (in my best Van Morrison voice) has such a lovely, angel face. Zoe was the sweetest little tot model to work with in shooting the threads provided by Giggles Baby Boutique. There's nothing cuter than a toddler in a tutu...with invisible wings and a halo to match.
