Yep, I did it! For Halloween, I dressed my son as a future Prom King! C'mon, is this not an original costume or what?! Gotta keep it jazzy and genuine in all things.  My little prince is definitely royalty in the making.

Happy Friday all!

I just wanted to take a moment to share a piece of Jazzy-ness. I think it's important to keep it real with yourself and others at all times. In doing so, revealing a piece of yourself can be encouraging, appreciated, respected, relatable, and love tends to overflow from there. It's been awhile since I've written some of that. Between trying to keep myself presentable (curlers and all), making sure my other half has matching socks to wear to work, cleaning tiny fingerprints, and tripping over cars, trains and trucks... I've managed to blog today! Suuuuh-weeet! Who say's you need a cape to be a superhero. Blogging is another way in which I use my multitasking super power to actually relax, rejuvenate and put things in my life into perspective.

Sometimes I feel mentally and physically exhausted at the beginning and end of every day, but I remind myself I'm doing what I love. I am building a brand, capturing moments, pouring myself into motherhood, growing, and developing a future together with my family. All things I'm proud of. In the midst of this sometimes mangled path, I'm living my life like it's golden and following my dreams. With love and support from family and friends through this process...what more can a girl ask for? Hmm a new pair of shoes would be nice.

Autumn Is In The Air

Ahhh my absolute faaaaavorite season is among us! Autumn is in the air! Chilly mornings, crisp evenings, cozy sweaters, and cups of latte's taste that much better...aaaaand I get to bust out the winter wardrobe! Hello boots and hoodies, It's me, Jazzy!
Somehow, my Sarah Jessica Parker Sex and the City girl gets lost in wanting to be outdoors with nature and embracing the beauty of earth tones and the way the weather feels against my skin (although my eczema despises it) Grrrr.
After giving it a chance, I found out I liked it! The hikes, the trips to the local majestic mountains and Irvine Regional Park
(J. Marley's favorite), brings such a peace to my soul. God's country is so calming to my spirit. In a life of busy schedules and cookie crumbs in the carpet, I think being out in nature is mandatory! So a lot of the time, my little curious explorer and I go out and embrace it. We even get our bum's a little dirty in the process.

Life is lovely, get your booty in the dirt and embrace it.
